But to add to that, I met Luxley, Milo Greene, and Jack Steadman. Jack greeted me in his cute little accent, which I thought was so awesome! Unfortunately, I don't know where the rest of the band was, and completely forgot to look out back by the tour buses, but oh well.
I got Milo Greene to sign their fall tour CD for me as well, and I'm stoked to see hear their new content when it comes out. Also super excited for Luxley to release their debut album, whenever that will be.
Luxley is a group of gentleman, all the way through. They all greeted me happy birthday, and as a present, gave me a free band shirt. I did notice, however, that one of them kept rubbing my back/waist, so I'm not too sure if that was supposed to friendly or flirty, but either way I felt really grateful to be talking to them. Not only do they have cool music, they're all just really cool in person as well.
To top it all off, I woke up this morning receiving tweets from the band with another greeting! I know they're still building a fanbase, but I'm glad I'm one of the people they actually took time to talk to and remember. Especially considering that I tweeted so much, and they still managed to find my other inconspicuous tweet about them.
Boy, I love good music. I feel so blessed and humbled by it all. I can't believe it happened and I'm still incredibly sore from dancing so much last night.
On a final note, here's my favorite song from Bombay Bicycle Club's latest album, So Long, See You Tomorrow.
